Shipping policy

All potential returns must be reported within 24 hours from when the order will be received. The products must be in impeccable condition, with all the seals and packaging accessories unopened & in resealable condition.

If the return request is accepted by Auto Mods, then the client will have to pay the delivery fee plus the difference (if any) for the new product that will be shipped to them.

In the case of defective products, please ensure that the product remains inside of its original packaging. If a product is defective or found incorrect than the actual product ordered by the customer on arrival, Auto Mods will bear all shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that the client received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods:

Discounted or offer sale items, wrongly ordered items by the customer, OEM fluids, electrical goods etc. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Shipping Terms
For the same day delivery option, a turnaround time of 3–8 hours will be guaranteed. However, the cut-off time for same-day orders is 2 PM, which means all orders have to be placed before 2 PM if the customer chooses to receive the order on the same day.

Standard Delivery has a turnaround time of a maximum of 2 working days.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

All returned goods will be collected from the customer's delivery address by our assigned delivery team.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item unless an incorrect product was sent by Auto Mods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

General
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by us, please do not send such items back to the manufacturer.
